Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-22
These terms govern use of Salentra, a point-of-sale and retail operations service provided by Mulk Techora Innovations (“MTechora”, “we”). By creating or using a Salentra account for a business (the “Customer”), the person accepting agrees to them on the Customer's behalf and confirms they are authorised to do so.
1. Accounts and the Customer's responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for all activity under its business account, including by the staff it invites.
- Each person uses their own login. Passwords must not be shared; the Customer removes access for people who leave.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the prices, tax settings, products and records it enters.
- Tell us promptly at info@mtechora.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Authorised users
The Customer's owner and administrators decide who may use the account and with which role. Roles limit what each person can see and do; the Customer is responsible for assigning them appropriately.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Salentra only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to access another business's data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent its security or limits.
- Do not enter payment-card numbers or bank credentials into free-text fields. Salentra does not process card payments.
- Do not upload or send unlawful, infringing or harmful content through the service, including in staff messages.
4. The service and its availability
We work to keep Salentra available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and we do not offer a service-level agreement unless one is agreed in writing. We may need to perform maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features. The Customer should keep its own records of anything it must retain (reports can be exported as CSV, Excel and PDF).
5. Customer data
The Customer owns the business data it puts into Salentra — products, stock, sales, customers, staff records and messages. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the personal information it enters (for example about its own customers and staff) and for any notices it owes those people.
6. Fees, invoicing and payment
Salentra is currently billed by invoice: we send the Customer an invoice for the agreed plan and billing period, and the Customer pays it by the due date shown on the invoice using a payment method we have approved. Salentra does not currently take automated or card payments. Fees are as quoted in writing or listed on our pricing page, exclusive of applicable taxes. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we may suspend access after notifying the Customer; access is restored once the account is brought up to date. Suspension does not delete data.
7. Refunds and cancellation
The Customer may cancel at any time. Refunds and the effect of cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, if required by law, or to protect the service or other customers — normally after notice, unless urgent action is needed. After an account ends, the Customer may request an export of its data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Salentra is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees the Customer paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Support
Support is provided by email at info@mtechora.com. See the support page for what to include in a request.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give account owners reasonable notice of material changes by email or in the app; continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting it.
12. Who we are and governing law
The service is provided by Mulk Techora Innovations. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@mtechora.com.
